A 6 week virtual course welcoming mums and babies. I’ll be in the studio while you’re in the comfort of your own home. Each week is live so that we can exercise together and discuss anything that you feel may be of benefit.
What can you expect from this course and who is it suitable for?
This course gently eases mums back into exercise while focusing on restoring the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Also helps heal diastasis recti and symphysis pubis dysfunction/pelvic girdle pain.
Each week of the course has a separate postnatal topic and the exercises are tailored for this. In addition, short weekly exercise tutorials are available for home practise which tie in with that weeks class focus. A resistance band is given to keep so that home practise can be ongoing.
Suitable for mums following their health check at 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks postpartum for c-section).
An essential course for mums who want to give their body some TLC.
The investment for this course is usually £55 but due to current times, I’ve decided to reduce it to £45.
