All equipment provided, classes are yoga based postures and movements to help pregnancy be more comfortable, learn tips and techniques to help during pregnancy, for birth and motherhood.  Knowledge is shared that can be used during birth and can compliment other antenatal classes.

– Suitable from 12- 14 weeks pregnant

– Courses are booked as a four week block

– The investment is £44 for 4 weeks
